1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pak999 website located at https://pak999.cam (the "Platform"), operated by the pak999 team (hereinafter "pak999", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pak999's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the equivalent of PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees). This limitation reflects pak999's status as a free-to-access informational platform that does not accept payment from Users for its services.

13. Responsible Gambling

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to negotiation in the first instance. pak999 does not operate a formal dispute resolution scheme as it does not provide gambling services directly. Disputes with Third-Party Operators must be directed to those operators and, where applicable, their licencing authorities.
